In many cases, mild-to-moderate substance withdrawal can be managed safely and effectively at home. With this program, you can avoid expensive hospital bills and hours spent in the emergency room while receiving expert, specialist-level treatment from the comfort and privacy of your home.
What’s included:
- Initial consultation (30–60 minutes)*
- Prescriptions for all comfort medications you may need during detox (e.g. hydroxyzine, trazodone, ondansetron, clonidine, etc.)
- Daily virtual or in-person check-ins with Dr. Bardi
- Ability to reach Dr. Bardi directly by phone, text, or email
- Gabapentin or diazepam taper (patients with alcohol or benzodiazepine withdrawal)†
- Buprenorphine (Suboxone) induction (patients with opioid withdrawal, optional)
*If you are found not to be a candidate for home detox during the initial consultation, you will receive a partial refund.
